This evening, I was invited to have dinner in a Yakiniku Restaurant, like the one I was in Korean Town. So two (coal) grills, beer and many different kinds of meat. For example, we had pork tongue. Very strong meat, but it has a strong taste too.

Of course, we had also normal pork and beef. Sometimes spicy, sometimes very soft meat. So again, I discovered a part of the Japanese cuisine. But to be honest, I wouldn't know which dish couldn't be part of the Japanese cuisine. Because here, everything will be eaten, adapted and improved. But hey, that's just my opinion ;)
